Environmentally friendly farming creates an alternative to conventional agriculture. In terms of this, the risk of contamination of the environment and the food chain with residual chemical substances is reduced. All genetically modified organisms or products originating from them are excluded from bio production. Farming the land, breeding of animals and the production processes themselves must comply with strict regulations focused mainly on use of the most environmentally friendly processes and maintaining the natural character of foodstuffs
